Just got back from GDC 07 in San Francisco. Plenty of interest although the split hall set-up was rather annoying. Lots happening in the online space.
- Koster still preaching, converts rising?
- Spore still the procedural state-of-the-art, Mr Wright continues to earn his spurs.
- Mr Harrison manages to retreive PS3 from the edge, but what really is Home?
- Epic, a new partner of ours, cleans up with GOW and has since gone movie – nice.
The industry’s moving forward to the internet age slowly but very very surely.
